IT Support Analyst

Description

We're looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support, administer Microsoft 365 services, manage IT assets, and help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment across our offices. The successful candidate will provide first- and second-line support, assist with endpoint management, and help ensure compliance with company IT and cybersecurity policies.

What You'll Do

• Provide first- and second-line IT support for employees and office systems.
• Set up laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and user accounts for new joiners, and support offboarding activities.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Manage user access, password resets, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and device provisioning.
• Support Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance, software updates, and Microsoft Defender.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and software licensing.
• Monitor and escalate IT and security incidents, and support the implementation of IT and cybersecurity policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support IT projects.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or service desk.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and endpoint management is preferred.
• Good understanding of IT security best practices, identity and access management, and endpoint protection.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
