Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Administrator – Network & Security with hands-on experience in network administration, routing and switching, and SD-WAN technologies. The ideal candidate will support the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure while collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure reliable and secure network services.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Intermediate Level Competencies
Candidates should possess basic knowledge with limited hands-on experience and be able to perform tasks with supervision in the following areas:
- Routing and Switching

Basic Level Competencies
Candidates should have entry-level knowledge and a willingness to learn and develop skills in the following technologies with appropriate guidance and mentoring:
- Wireless Networking
- Meraki
- Palo Alto Networks
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and deploy network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure, based on approved network designs.
- Perform device staging, provisioning, and initial configurations before deployment.
- Execute approved network changes during planned maintenance windows.
- Follow organisational change management and compliance procedures.
- Develop implementation plans, rollback plans, and validation procedures.
- Conduct pre-deployment and post-deployment testing activities.
- Validate network configurations against approved design documents and organisational standards.
- Perform connectivity, performance, and failover testing.
- Support evolving network architectures and solutions to meet changing business and technology requirements.
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement necessary improvements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer sessions when required.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Interface with vendors for the evaluation, implementation, and support of network solutions.
- Work closely with Operations and L3 Engineering teams to resolve complex network issues.
- Maintain network topology diagrams and infrastructure documentation.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions.
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Experience working with enterprise networking technologies.
- Understanding of routing, switching, and SD-WAN concepts.
- Basic exposure to wireless networking and network security technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn emerging network technologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
