Key Responsibilities

• Corporate & Retail Network Architecture & Management
• Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure and circuit quality for corporate offices and retail stores.
• Optimize network performance, bandwidth, and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, APs) to ensure high availability.
• Conduct regular network inspections, audits, and preventive maintenance across distributed locations.
• Retail Edge Device Connectivity Support
• Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity for store edge devices, including POS systems, PDAs, and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL).
• Collaborate with store operations teams to resolve critical network-related incidents promptly.
• Store IT Device Monitoring & Incident Management
• Continuously monitor store IT environments to preemptively identify risks and minimize operational downtime.
• Provide Tier-2/3 support for complex store IT failures, ensuring rapid resolution of critical system outages.
• Infrastructure Security & Compliance
• Enforce and monitor internal information security policies across the network infrastructure.
• Implement secure network segmentation, VPNs, and access control lists (ACLs) to protect corporate and customer data.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/network engineering, deployment, and management.
• Proven track record of managing distributed network environments across multiple geographical locations
• Experience leading network infrastructure setup projects from scratch (Office/Store openings).
• Skill/Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi architectures).
• Familiarity with cloud-integrated network architectures (AWS VPC, GCP, Cloudflare, etc).
• Knowledge of network security standards, firewalls, and compliance requirements.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a strong plus.
• Communication: Strong bilingual verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean to effectively liaise with US stakeholders and global HQ.
• Flexibility & Mobility: Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations—including corporate offices, retail stores, and distribution/logistics centers—to lead new infrastructure setups, system upgrades, and critical incident resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the Retail or E-commerce industry managing large-scale store networks.
• Experience working with global or multi-national infrastructure standards and frameworks.

Character & Responsibility:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling network emergencies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and non-technical teams
