Network Administrator

We're seeking a Network Support Engineer with experience troubleshooting network outages, connectivity issues, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VLANs in a multi-site environment. This role works directly with restaurant leadership and support teams to diagnose and resolve network issues.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of network support or infrastructure support experience
• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or similar technologies
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and wireless networking
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience supporting retail, restaurant, hospitality, or multi-site environments is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity issues across restaurant locations
• Support Fortinet firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
• Investigate VLAN, routing, DHCP, DNS, and wireless issues
• Perform network diagnostics and configuration validation
• Assist with store deployments and zero-touch provisioning issues
• Escalate and coordinate with vendors, MSPs, and engineering teams
• Deliver exceptional customer service during critical outages
