Responsibilities

  • VLAN management and administration.
  • Day-to-day network performance monitoring.
  • Resolving tickets within the SLA.
  • Should be able to Troubleshoot Switching and Routing Issues in a Network.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Switches L2/L3 Routers, Firewalls.
  • Trace IPs in a Layer-2 network.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Redundancy Protocols in L2/L3 and Firewalls.
  • Set up and troubleshoot VXLAN based Network.
  • Set up and troubleshoot BGP- and OSPF based networks.
  • Find the reported network problem's root cause within the SLA.
  • Good in Solutioning and designing the networks from scratch.

Requirements

  • Education: B. E. /B. Tech.
  • Preferable requirement: CCNA Certificate.
