Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee network operations, installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering teams, service providers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth network operations.
  • Track and manage network performance metrics, service-level agreements (SLAs), and fault reports.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, changes, and incident reports.
  • Support the planning and rollout of new network infrastructure and technology upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate network issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
  • Assist with vendor management including scheduling, contract adherence, and performance review.
  • Maintain inventory of telecom equipment and ensure timely procurement and deployment.
  • Collaborate with project managers on network expansion and modernization projects.

Requirements

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of network components: routers, switches, base stations, transmission lines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and network management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Netcool, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
