Technical Support Engineer

Hybrid remote - Cleveland, Ohio

$20 to $32 per hour W2

• 3 days onsite approximately

• 2 days work-from-home approximately

Position

• Technical support for end-users, infrastructure, and cabling

• Mix of in-office, on-site at customers, and work-from-home

• Support via phone, chat, email, and in-person

Looking for

• Technical Support, troubleshooting

• Empathy during customer communication

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Good communicator via phone, video calls, chat, and email

• Exposure to Meraki, RingCentral, Ubiquiti / UniFi, Brivo, Eagle Eye
