Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network SME with strong expertise in Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, SD-WAN, and Cloud Networking. The role involves designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network environments while serving as the highest technical escalation point for complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, GRE, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Manage switching technologies including VLANs, STP, VXLAN-EVPN, and Cisco Nexus platforms.
• Support and optimize enterprise Wi-Fi/WLAN environments.
• Integrate and manage networking solutions across AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Provide Level-3 support, lead major incident (P1) calls, and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support Palo Alto firewalls and network security solutions.
• Participate in solution design, technical assessments, and architecture reviews.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
