We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Network Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity across the organization.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Monitor and analyze network performance, availability, and capacity across enterprise environments.

🔹 Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and performance issues to minimize downtime.

🔹 Configure, maintain, and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN solutions.

🔹 Perform network performance assessments and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

🔹 Collaborate with network engineers and IT teams to implement network upgrades, enhancements, and security initiatives.

🔹 Monitor network security, identify vulnerabilities, and assist in incident investigation and resolution.

🔹 Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, diagrams, and technical reports.

🔹 Support disaster recovery planning, network maintenance, and business continuity initiatives.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

🇦🇺 Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.

📄 Applicants must hold one of the following:

• Australian Citizen
• Australian Permanent Resident
• Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights

❌ Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position.

🎓 Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

🌐 Strong understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching, and network security concepts.

💻 Experience with enterprise networking technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, or similar.

📊 Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, Cisco DNA Center, or similar.

☁️ Experience with cloud networking on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage.

📜 Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly regarded.

🤝 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

🌍 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
