Voice Technician - Pittsburgh, PA

  • 40 hours - Standard Business Hours - 8am-5pm local time

Scope

We are seeking a motivated individual with strong technical expertise and customer service skills to provide onsite support for hospital telephony hardware across hospitals.

  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining Avaya, SPOK, and Marketspark equipment, including phones, pagers, and servers.
  • The role requires flexibility for shifts, on-call rotations, and occasional after-hours coverage.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Will provide onsite support for 2 Pittsburgh area hospital locations.
  • General IT or telephony experience is preferred.
  • On-call and after-hours responsibilities will be minimal until training is completed, as the required site support training is extensive.
