IT Support Engineer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Hourly Rate: $20/hr


Note – 5 days work from office (Office Address – 5 PENN CTR W STE 200 PITTSBURGH, PA, 15276-0126)


Job Description

  1. Work with users primarily on basic Level 1 and infrequent Level 2 troubleshooting for the audience of Blink Health employees.
  2. Strong time-management and communication skills.
  3. Travel onsite for our CEO's technical needs.
  4. Must work from office (Pittsburgh) 5 days
  5. Must have reliable transportation even for off-peak hours.
  6. Onboard and offboard users by following our robust documentation.

  • Okta

  • Windows laptop, Intune
  • MacOS laptops, Jamf
  • Jira/confluence
  • Slack
