Network Engineer

SkyViewTek, a growing IT consulting firm serving small to mid-sized businesses across the Greater Philadelphia and tri-state area, is hiring a Level 2 Network Engineer.

This is a highly client-facing, hands-on technical role. You’ll work directly with business clients, deploying devices, troubleshooting systems, strengthening cybersecurity, and ensuring infrastructure runs smoothly. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) position providing on-site and remote IT support to business clients. This role requires occasional local travel to client sites and to our Malvern, PA office.

You Will

• Respond to client tickets
• Provide face-to-face and remote support
• Track and document your time and work within our ERP/ticketing system (ConnectWise)
• Embrace all things Microsoft.

Important Requirements

• Must reside within 30 miles of Malvern, PA
• Must have a reliable vehicle to transport equipment and travel to client locations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• This is NOT a remote-only role

Compensation

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
