We are looking for a Senior Cisco SDA & Security Support Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting critical enterprise network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reactive support for SDA and Firewall incidents and service requests.
• Deliver proactive monitoring, optimization, and performance improvements.
• Perform technical analysis, configuration reviews, and operational consulting.
• Lead service reviews and drive continuous service improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Support Cisco ISE and wider security-related technologies.
• Ensure SLA compliance and effective incident escalation management.
• Collaborate with customer and Cisco teams on network optimization, capacity planning, and security response.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions.
