Senior Network Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions based on Cisco/Aruba products and technologies.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase different solutions.
• Answer technical questions and address customer concerns during the sales process.
• Design and architect solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Develop Bill of Materials (BOM), high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD), and technical proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Provide technical support during the proof-of-concept (POC) and evaluation phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and post-sales support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of proposed solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Communication / Electronics / Computer Engineering preferred).
• 4-6 years of experience in a Network Pre-Sales role.
• In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, and wireless.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with network design and planning tools (e.g., Ekahau, IRIS Intange, Cisco CCW).
• Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with modern architecture such as SD-WAN, SD-Access, ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
