Datacenter Technician

Overview. Provides break-fix, installation, troubleshooting, and operations support; expected to work independently and manage priority incidents.

Responsibilities may include:

· Break-fix repairs for servers, switches, routers, and storage

· Hardware/software installation, configuration, and testing

· Troubleshoot hardware and network connectivity issues

· Perform inspections and proactively address risks

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on standards/best practices

· Draft and maintain SOPs/MOPs

· Train/mentor junior team members

· Maintain accurate inventory and asset records

· Monitor infrastructure alerts and respond promptly
