Job description

As a junior IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly. Your daily tasks will include:

• Assisting users with hardware and software issues in person, via e-mail, Teams chat and ServiceNow.
• Troubleshooting problems with computers (Windows 11), peripherals (e.g., printers), mobile devices, and other technology products.
• Managing network accounts and security group permissions (including Microsoft Azure administration).
• Providing 2nd level technical support for dealer end-users Europe wide.
• Monitoring network performance, ensuring network security, and resolving problems related to LAN and WAN (working with the latest Cisco networking solutions).
• Conducting regular security audits and taking steps to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Performing routine maintenance and installing/updating software applications.
• Educating staff about the proper use of IT resources and security best practices.
• You will have the freedom and opportunity to utilize the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to build your own automations, improve internal processes, and grow your technical skillset in practice.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration (Recent IT graduates are warmly welcome to apply!).
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian (used daily).
• Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook), Microsoft Azure and ideally ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Highly proactive mindset.
• Team player with a strong customer-oriented attitude.
