As part of the Control Tower team, you will:

• Manage daily operations of mainframe and open systems
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Service Delivery Owners
• Investigate and resolve incidents with precision and efficiency
• Ensure minimal disruption and strive for zero downtime
• Analyze recurring issues and proactively initiate improvements

• Is willing to work in a 24/7 shift system (after onboarding: 3 shifts)
• Stays calm and effective under pressure
• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Is eager to learn and grow in IT infrastructure (Mainframe & Open Systems)
• Enjoys problem-solving, automation, and continuous improvement
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Communicates confidently in English (written and spoken)
• Has strong analytical thinking and business understanding
• Takes initiative and delivers results
