Your tasks
- Deliver technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal employees.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a clear, structured, and audience-appropriate manner. - Adapt training content to different technical levels and operational roles.
- Develop exercises based on realistic operation, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting scenarios.
- Maintain traceability between system functionality, training objectives, and practical exercises.
- Update training content based on new software releases, hardware changes, and product features.
- Prepare, configure, and validate the systems used during training sessions.
- Maintain training environment documentation, inventories, software versions, and configuration records.
- Understand and explain the end-to-end architecture of the Voice Communication System.
- Collect customer feedback and provide structured input to Engineering and Product Management.
- Travel 25% of the working time.
- Higher education completed with a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Train-the-Trainer or technical instructor certification.
- VoIP technologies and architectures;.
- Radio and telephony integration.
- IP networking, VLANs, routing, switching, multicast, and QoS.
- Linux system administration.
- Redundancy, high availability, and failover concepts;
- System monitoring, alarm handling, and log analysis;
- Analogue and digital telephony interfaces, such as FXS, FXO, and E1;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptability to different types of interlocutors.
- Ability to plan tasks, prioritize activities, and respect strict deadlines.
- Analytical thinking, solution-oriented, and decision-making capacity under pressure.
- Team spirit, collaborative attitude, and availability to support colleagues.
- Ability to concentrate on data accuracy and rigorous verification of documents.
- Flexibility in the face of changes in processes or organizational priorities.
