Role: Systems & Network Engineer

Location: Clearwater, FL

Salary: $85,000

A growing Managed Service Provider in Clearwater is looking for a Systems & Network Engineer to join their team.

What you'll do:

- Manage and support client infrastructure across Windows Server, networking, and cloud environments

- Administer Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policy

- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including migrations

- Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and VPNs

- Troubleshoot escalated technical issues across multiple client environments

- Maintain documentation and contribute to a growing knowledge base

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment

- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration skills

- Solid networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN)

- Microsoft 365 / Azure administration experience

- Relevant certifications (Network+, Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications) a plus

- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
