Network Administrator / Network Engineer (Cisco Infrastructure)

We're partnering with a well-established organization in the Tampa area that is expanding its infrastructure team and seeking a Network Administrator / Network Engineer to support a large-scale Cisco networking environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Administer and support enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and security infrastructure
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching environments
• Support enterprise firewall technologies and VPN connectivity
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with server, security, and application teams on network-related projects
• Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures
• Support highly available environments where uptime and reliability are critical

Desired Technical Experience

• Cisco routing and switching
• LAN/WAN networking
• Enterprise wireless technologies
• Firewall administration (Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco, or similar)
• VPN technologies
• DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP
• Network performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Experience in medium to large enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking experience
• Experience supporting multi-site environments
• Exposure to SD-WAN technologies
• Network security experience
• Strong understanding of enterprise network operations and change management
