Role Description

We are looking for a qualified Computer Network and Systems Engineer who can work within a dynamic and high performing environment.

Key duties will include but not limited to:

· Plan, Design and support scalable PARCS network and system architectures, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, and central management platforms.

· Configure and optimize servers, databases, operating systems, and application environments that support real-time parking transactions, revenue processing, and enforcement operations.

· Conduct infrastructure assessments to identify performance bottlenecks, communication failures, and security vulnerabilities within parking networks, implementing corrective and preventive solutions.

· Diagnose and resolve complex system, network, and device-level issues affecting gates, pay stations, ANPR systems, and backend revenue platforms, ensuring minimal service disruption.

· Monitor and optimize network performance, system availability, and real time data processing to ensure reliable operation of parking access, revenue control and parking access.

· Develop and maintain detailed system architecture documentation, configuration records, and technical procedures specific to PARCS network and system.

· Provide advanced technical guidance and support during site deployments, upgrades, and critical incidents, ensuring business continuity across all managed parking facilities

Qualifications

· More than 2 years of experience in the related field

· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

· Good knowledge on networking protocols

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, AWS) highly regarded
