EUC Engineer

We are looking for an EUC Engineer to provide onsite and remote end-user support. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy and configure devices, support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, manage user accounts, and ensure a high level of customer service. The role also involves coordinating with third-party vendors, maintaining accurate service records, and supporting IT projects while adhering to IT security and operational standards.

This position open for Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in IT/Desktop/EUC Support or a similar end-user support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, desktop/laptop troubleshooting, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with Active Directory user administration, remote support tools, software deployment, and IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice)
• Hands-on experience with hardware break/fix, printer and peripheral support, and endpoint device configuration
• Familiarity with device imaging and deployment tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM) is highly desirable
• Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and service delivery best practices
• Experience working with third-party vendors and coordinating hardware repairs and replacements
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred); Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or ITIL certifications are an advantage
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment when required and maintain a strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and security practices.
