IT Network & Security Engineer (all genders)

Your future tasks:

  • Build, operate, and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing network and security infrastructure in alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and service standards.
  • Design, implement, configure, and optimize network and security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, secure connectivity, and monitoring technologies, using standardized architectures and templates.
  • Support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, for network and security services.
  • Implement and maintain security controls, system hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance measures in collaboration with Information Security teams.
  • Partner with Cloud & Network Service Managers and external service providers to ensure secure, resilient, and efficient infrastructure operations.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security events to proactively identify risks, threats, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across network and security operations.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure and security technologies using standardized deployment and operational practices.
  • Monitor network traffic, infrastructure health, and security events to support threat detection, incident response, and performance optimization.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, security patching, remediation activities, and infrastructure hardening in accordance with cybersecurity policies.
  • Implement and support firewall policies, VPN connectivity, network access controls, and secure remote access solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network, connectivity, and security incidents in collaboration with external providers, Security Operations Center (SOC), and internal IT teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network diagrams, configuration standards, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Contribute to infrastructure resilience, operational efficiency, and security posture through continuous optimization, automation, and adoption of best practices.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in network and security engineering, infrastructure operations, and secure service delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, including routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, network segmentation, and secure remote access.
  • Experience with network monitoring, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, security hardening, access control, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure environments is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
