Senior Network Engineer

Senior Network Engineer | Cisco Partner | Tampa Bay Area, FL (Hybrid) | $120,000 - $145,000

We're working with a leading Cisco Partner in the Tampa Bay Area who are continuing to grow their Professional Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Network Engineer to work on enterprise networking projects across a broad customer base, utilising the latest Cisco technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise network infrastructure solutions
• Deliver LAN, WAN, Wireless and Data Centre networking projects
• Configure and support Cisco routing and switching environments
• Deploy and support Cisco Firepower and Cisco ISE solutions
• Deliver SD-WAN and network transformation projects
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues and provide technical escalation
• Work closely with customers throughout project delivery
• Produce technical documentation and implementation plans

Required Experience

• Strong experience with Cisco Routing & Switching (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR)
• Cisco IOS-XE and NX-OS
• BGP, OSPF and EIGRP
• VLANs, STP, HSRP and VRRP
• Cisco Wireless (9800 Controllers and Catalyst Access Points)
• Cisco ISE
• Cisco Firepower
• VPN technologies
• Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela preferred)
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Previous experience working for a Cisco Partner, MSP or IT Consultancy
