Network Engineer

Summary:

• Provides input into the design and support of network infrastructure across BayCare’s large healthcare environment.
• As part of the network engineering team, supports the implementation and maintenance of WAN and LAN technologies for data, voice, and network services.
• Assists with planning and deploying new infrastructure solutions while ensuring adherence to organizational standards.
• Performs duties in alignment with BayCare’s mission, values, and philosophy, and serves as a role model for service excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required - 4 years - Network; Or - 8 years - Relevant experience with High School or equivalent.

Preferred experience includes:

• CCNA or CCNP Certification
• Enterprise DNS / DHCP / IP Address Management systems
• Real-time applications (VoIP, Video, etc.)
• Wireless network design and support
• Knowledge of Internet, routers, and switches

Education equivalent experience (Essential):

• Required - Bachelors - Related Field;
• Or - High School or Equivalent
