Location: North Akron Area 100% Onsite
Schedule: Night Shift – Monday through Thursday | 3:30 PM – 6:00 AM (4x10s)
Pay: $21/hour W2

Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level IT Help Desk Technician to join our onsite IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their IT career while gaining hands-on experience supporting end users in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys solving technical issues, and has a strong customer service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware and software issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Office.
- Perform Active Directory user administration, including password resets and account management.
- Image, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and other hardware.
- Troubleshoot printers, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
- Document issues and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff.
- Assist with new hire workstation setups, equipment inventory, and office moves.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting response and resolution goals.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of IT support experience (internships, school projects, or professional experience).
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work the overnight shift onsite Monday through Thursday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- CompTIA A+ certification (or currently pursuing).
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Exposure to a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Jira, or ConnectWise.
- Experience imaging and deploying PCs.
