Sharp Brains Limited is a global IT services company delivering onsite IT support, End User Computing (EUC), Smart Hands, network deployment, and data center services across 100+ countries. We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer (EUC L1) to join our team in Erlanger, Kentucky.

Position Details

• Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (EUC L1)
• Location: Erlanger, KY, USA
• Employment Type: Full-Time (5 Days per Week)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Level 1 desktop and end-user support.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) activities.
• Support user account administration, including password resets and Active Directory tasks.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher support levels when required.
• Maintain accurate service tickets and technical documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or End User Computing (EUC).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Active Directory, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite enterprise environment.
