Position: Information Technology Support Engineer
Location: Onsite
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite End User Computing (EUC) and desktop support services.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
Manage incidents, service requests, IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change), and break-fix support for desktops and laptops.
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, VPN connectivity, and remote support tools.
Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop devices throughout their lifecycle.
Utilize SCCM and Microsoft Intune for software deployment, patch management, device configuration, and endpoint administration.
Work with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools to manage incidents and requests.
Perform software installations, upgrades, updates, and desktop imaging.
Support printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripheral hardware.
Monitor endpoint security, antivirus compliance, and patch status.
Provide VIP and executive user support when required.
Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory related issues.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
Required Skills:
2–4 years of experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.
Good understanding of Active Directory.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and remote support tools.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
