Junior Technician

On behalf of our client, company that provides technical support and assistance in maintaining IT and security systems, we are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to fill the following position: Junior Technician.

Location: Belgrade.

Key Responsibilities:

• System monitoring: Continuous supervision of network and security infrastructure during shifts, including servers, applications, and security devices.
• Troubleshooting: Quick intervention in case of hardware, software, or network issues, with escalation of complex problems to senior technicians.
• Incident support: Participation in initial analysis and documentation of security events (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
• Equipment maintenance: Regular testing and maintenance of IT and security equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Documentation: Accurate recording of incidents, interventions, and maintenance activities.
• Team collaboration: Close communication with senior technicians and engineers to resolve issues efficiently and improve processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar IT or security roles.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and office-based schedules.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
