We are growing and thus looking for a Junior IT Engineer.

Main Duties:

• Provides technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues
• Installs and configures computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Assists in managing user accounts and Microsoft 365
• Helps maintain the company's IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), including networks and servers
• Supports system updates, backups, and basic security tasks
• Troubleshoots technical issues and escalates when needed
• Keeps IT equipment inventory and documentation up to date
• Participates in IT improvement projects and daily IT operations.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Understanding of networking concepts and equipment (network protocols, routers, switches and firewalls)
• Interest in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
