What You Will Do:
The role includes installations, replacements, de-installations, field troubleshooting, light equipment staging and commissioning, as well as minor configuration tasks. The candidate will comply with defined procedures and support customers both on-site and remotely when required.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform installations, replacements, and de-installations of network and systems infrastructure equipment in accordance with customer requirements and internal standards
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for incidents and service issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Configure, stage, and commission equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, LTE/4G/5G antennas, servers, workstations, SD-WAN devices, Wi-Fi, and VPN-related infrastructure
- Carry out site surveys, health checks, and technical assessments to validate customer infrastructure and support successful service delivery
- Support customers via on-site or remote assistance and coordinate with internal technical teams when required to restore service or complete implementation activities
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, installation records, and site-related updates to ensure operational continuity and knowledge sharing
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networks, or a relevant field
- Experience in installations, field support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance will be considered an asset
- Hands-on experience with installation and commissioning of FortiGate, Cisco Meraki,SD-WAN devices, Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 access points, and LTE/5G technologies will be considered a strong asset
- Familiarity withsite survey tools and fiber infrastructure will be considered an advantage
- Solid understanding of enterprise-grade networking and systems infrastructure (e.g., routing, switching, firewalls, LTE/4G/5G, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, servers, workstations) will be considered an asset
- Ability to perform minor configuration tasks and equipment commissioning in field environments
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE 4, CWNA (Wireless), or CompTIA A+ will be considered a plus
- Proficient in English and Greek
- Valid driver's license is required
- Availability to travel and work on-site when required
