Information Technology Network Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Network Infrastructure Support
• Operate and maintain office LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLANs, and firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba).
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors and global teams on network upgrades and projects.
• General Office AV Infrastructure
• Support Audio/Video tools (Tencent Meeting/Zoom) for meeting rooms and end users.
• Document network and A/V architectures, SOPs, and technical diagrams.
• Participate in infrastructure projects and contribute to regional IT improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1+ years in IT infrastructure engineering, with proven experience in enterprise networking.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Office network operations (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba).
• Relevant certifications preferred:
• CCNA (or equivalent networking certification).
• Strong documentation and English communication skills (spoken and written).
