Network Engineer

We're hiring a Network Engineer to help deploy, provision, and operate our network. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with a clear growth path into senior network engineering and eventually management as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Configure MikroTik and Ubiquiti hardware: routing, VLANs, bandwidth policies, firewall/NAT
• Coordinate with field technicians and installers to keep installs clean and predictable
• Maintain and administer routing, switching, in-building distribution, wireless links, monitoring, and authentication
• Troubleshoot outages, performance degradation, and packet-loss issues across the network
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
• Implement and extend network designs set by the senior network engineer

Qualifications

• Network engineering or senior network technician experience
• Strong practical knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, and network troubleshooting
• Experience with MikroTik RouterOS (routing, VLANs, firewall/NAT, QoS/queues)
• Experience with Ubiquiti gear (UniFi and/or airMAX/airFiber)
• Experience configuring and turning up service in MDU or multi-tenant environments
• Comfortable working across both office and field.
