Junior Network Technician

Looking for a junior technician with Active Directory and networking experience — ideally someone early in their career (a couple of years of experience), who is seeking a stable, long-term role.

Core Requirements:

• Solid understanding of basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, addressing, etc.) — not expert-level, but comfortable and confident with the basics.
• Working knowledge of VPNs — how they function and how to troubleshoot common issues.
• Understanding of firewall concepts, including whitelisting and troubleshooting when a firewall fails.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, given the amount of data sharing our environment handles.
