On-Site IT Support

Your Tasks:

• Provide on-site IT support on the production floor
• Ensure production machines and systems are properly connected and synchronized
• Check network connectivity between machines, production systems, and IT infrastructure
• Support the operation and availability of production-related IT systems
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot technical issues directly in the plant
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, IT, and external support teams
• Support incident resolution and follow-up of corrective actions
• Assist with basic hardware, software, and network-related topics in the production environment

Your Profile:

• Experience in IT support, production IT, plant support, maintenance, or a similar technical role
• Basic understanding of networks, IT infrastructure, hardware, and system connectivity
• Interest in working directly in a production / plant environment
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to support issues on site
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication skills with production and technical teams
• German language skills required; English is an advantage
• Experience in automotive production or industrial manufacturing
• Knowledge of production systems, machine connectivity, MES, shopfloor IT, or industrial networks
• Basic understanding of OT / IT interface
