We're seeking Technical Delivery Engineers to join Singtel Philippines while providing critical support to Singtel Singapore operations. This is your chance to be part of a regional team that connects people, businesses, and communities across the Singtel Group.
About the role:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Implement, configure, and support SD-WAN and network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, and wireless solutions.
- Execute service provisioning, deployment, migration, and activation activities for enterprise and managed network services.
- Perform pre-implementation validation, implementation, testing, and post-implementation verification to ensure successful service delivery.
- Execute implementation activities in accordance with approved Method of Procedure (MOP), change management, and operational processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation, migration, and service activation activities.
- Conduct service acceptance testing (SAT/UAT) and facilitate successful customer handover.
- Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, deployment reports, and as-built documentation.
- Support planned maintenance activities, network upgrades, service enhancements, and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Escalate complex technical issues appropriately and drive resolution within agreed service levels.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, security policies, and service delivery requirements.
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows, implementation activities, and on-call support when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in network implementation, service provisioning, deployment, technical support, or network operations.
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise network solutions, including SD-WAN, MPLS IPVPN, WAN, LAN, and routing & switching environments.
- Experience with at least one SD-WAN platform, such as Cisco SD-WAN (preferred), Aruba Silver Peak, VMware VeloCloud, or Fortinet Secure SD-WAN.
- Experience working in Telecommunications, ISP, Managed Services, or System Integration is preferred.
- Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, QoS, VLANs, STP, LACP, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, etc.
- Working knowledge of network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, authentication services, and wireless networking solutions.
- Familiarity with change management processes, implementation methodologies, and IT service management best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues in multi-vendor environments.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, or equivalent networking certifications are preferred.
- SD-WAN vendor certifications are an advantage, with Cisco SD-WAN certifications highly desirable.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
