Network Engineer ( Data Center )

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer – Data Center to play a key role in the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise-scale data center solutions. This role requires a technically skilled professional with solid expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity, along with hands-on experience implementing solutions from leading technology vendors.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and project stakeholders to design and deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned data center solutions that support operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of data center and infrastructure solutions, from pre-sales technical planning through implementation and post-deployment support
• Conduct site surveys, technical assessments, and requirements-gathering sessions to identify customer needs and design appropriate solutions
• Design, deploy, configure, and integrate data center technologies, including networking, compute, storage, virtualization, and security solutions
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution during deployment and operational phases
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during customer engagements, ensuring consistent communication and strong customer satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and post-project reports
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to customers at both technical and management levels
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions, training workshops, and technical briefings to customers and internal teams to support solution sustainability
• Work closely with sales, pre-sales, project management, and operations teams to ensure technical solutions align with business and commercial objectives
• Continuously stay updated on emerging technologies, industry standards, and vendor roadmaps through ongoing learning and hands-on experience

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 3–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and/or cybersecurity
• Proven experience working within data center environments or enterprise IT projects
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following vendor platforms: Cisco, Nutanix, HPE, Huawei
• Good understanding of enterprise networking, virtualization, storage technologies, security fundamentals, and data center best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
