We are looking for qualified IT Technical Support (Network) candidates to join our Go Beyond Community.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with ITD on the deployment and maintenance of network technologies.
• Monitors and enhances the network performance.
• Tests the exchange of data between computers, servers, modems, and routers.
• Installs, configures, and updates network software, as well as maintains hardware and network devices.
• Performs diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as develops data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures.
• Test network protocols and ensure stable and secure server traffic.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems for users or user groups.
• Analyze and report computer network security breaches or attempted breaches.
• Provides support related to networking or connectivity issues.
• Test repaired items to ensure proper and reliable operation.
• Recommends necessary upgrades, development, and Improvement of network facilities.
• Prepares weekly accomplishment reports and all other technical reports.
• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a network technician or relevant position.
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN network protocols and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with common software and hardware.
