Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Support on-premises Active Directory, Group Policy, file shares, and end-user access requests.
- Manage hardware deployments, upgrades, device refreshes, and asset lifecycle activities.
- Perform break-fix support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for endpoint devices.
- Support office IT infrastructure, including meeting room technology, network connectivity, and workplace devices.
- Maintain endpoint security standards, patching, antivirus, and compliance requirements.
- Document incidents, service requests, and technical procedures within the ITSM platform.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application support teams to resolve escalated issues.
- 3–5 years of desktop support or end-user computing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience supporting on-premises environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise device management.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, imaging, software deployment, and endpoint security tools.
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools and service management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
