Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with Japanese language proficiency to support and manage enterprise network infrastructure while collaborating with Japanese stakeholders and global teams. The ideal candidate should have strong networking expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in Japanese.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Install and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
• Diagnose and resolve network incidents and performance issues.
• Implement network security policies and best practices.
• Coordinate with Japanese clients, vendors, and internal teams for project delivery and support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation in English and Japanese, as required.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 preferred) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Japanese clients or multinational teams is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
