Network Engineer (Early Careers)

Why we need this role

Responsible for the implementation and delivery of IP and managed network services. Deliver high-quality network solutions by designing, configuring, and deploying network devices based on customer requirements.

このポジションは、IPサービスおよびマネージドネットワークサービスの導入・提供に責任を持つ役割です。

顧客要件に基づいてネットワーク機器の設計、設定（コンフィギュレーション）、導入を行い、高品質なネットワークソリューションを提供します。また、サービスの円滑な導入と安定した提供を通じて、顧客満足度の向上とネットワーク品質の確保に貢献します。

What you will do

• Implement and deliver network services for customers and internal stakeholders
• Design network configurations based on customer requirements
• Configure, install, activate, and test network devices (primarily Cisco and Juniper)
• Manage end-to-end service delivery from design to handover
• Prepare documentation and handover to operations team
• 顧客および社内関係者向けのネットワークサービスの導入・提供を担当する
• 顧客要件に基づき、ネットワーク構成の設計を行う
• ネットワーク機器（主にCiscoおよびJuniper製品）の設定、設置、開通、および動作試験を実施する
• 設計からサービス引き渡しまで、一連のサービスデリバリーをエンドツーエンドで管理する
• 各種ドキュメントを作成し、運用チームへの引き継ぎを行う

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Business level Japanese
• Intermediate level English
• Attention to detail and quality mindset
• Effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams
• Continuous learning and adaptability
• 工学、理学、または関連分野の学士号以上
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力および中級レベルの英語力
• 高い品質意識を持ち、細部まで正確に業務を遂行できること
• 顧客や関係部署と円滑に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 新しい知識・技術の習得に意欲的で、変化する環境にも柔軟に対応できること
