QUALITY ASSURANCE - SERVICENOW

This is a remote position.

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test activities across enterprise platforms including ServiceNow. The role ensures that business requirements are validated through structured testing processes, defects are properly tracked, and product quality is consistently maintained.​

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Validate business requirements against system implementations.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Support test automation initiatives where applicable.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of workflows, configurations, and integrations.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
• Strong hands-on experience testing ServiceNow and/or Salesforce platforms.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
• Test case design and execution
• Defect tracking and reporting
• ServiceNow testing (workflows, modules, configurations)
• Salesforce testing (CRM workflows, Lightning, Apex-driven processes)
• API testing (tools like Postman)
