Senior Full-Stack Engineer

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience building and operating production web applications Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of SQL and third-party API integrations
• Able to independently investigate complex production problems
• Excellent written and spoken English
• High ownership, strong judgment, and clear communication
• At least five working hours of overlap with Pacific Time

We are looking for an engineer who wants meaningful ownership at an early-stage company, not someone who only wants to complete assigned tickets.

Projects

Bavardio is an AI-native operating platform for internet service providers and field-service businesses. Our product brings customer service, network operations, field service, billing, communications, and automation into one system.You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of production features from design through deployment.

What you’ll do:

• Build and ship full-stack product features
• Develop backend APIs and third-party integrations
• Build responsive, polished frontend experiences
• Debug production issues across distributed and real-time systems
• Work on communications, networking, billing, AI, and workflow automation
• Speak directly with customers when needed to understand and solve problems
• Improve system reliability, performance, monitoring, and developer tooling

Role details:

• Full-time, long-term position
• Remote within Latin America
• Compensation: $6,000–$8,000 USD per month, depending on experience
• Paid in USD
• Initial paid trial period, with the intention of building a long-term working relationship

Experience with WebRTC, SIP, telecommunications, networking, AI systems, or ISP software is helpful but not required.
