Responsibilities

  • Set architecture standards for RAG, agent orchestration, model routing, and observability.
  • Lead design reviews and de-risk complex implementations before build starts.
  • Own quality gates: evaluation benchmarks, regression checks, rollback strategy, and SLOs.
  • Mentor AI engineers and tech leads through hands-on technical leadership.
  • Align AI roadmap with business goals, client context, and delivery constraints.

Must-have skills

  • Deep LangChain/LangGraph and agent architecture experience.
  • Proven record delivering enterprise AI systems in production.
  • Strong MLOps/LLMOps practices with monitoring and quality control.
  • Architecture communication with executive and engineering stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance quality, speed, and cost under delivery pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Governance/compliance in regulated environments.
  • Pre-sales and solution shaping experience.
  • Experience building shared AI platform components.

Success in first 90 days
