Field Service Engineer / Service Technician at ROB CZ

To strengthen our service operations in Bohemia and Moravia, extending into neighboring countries, we are now looking for a new colleague to fill the position of Field Service Engineer for Stäubli’s innovative products, particularly industrial robots. Our service team provides the highest quality service support while creating and building strong relationships with customers, thereby supporting Stäubli’s vision as a long-term partner and solution provider. Who are we looking for? - A reliable colleague with strong technical knowledge (electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, industrial communication) and prior experience in industrial maintenance; direct experience with industrial robots is a plus, but not required. - A resilient and independent individual with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively even in challenging situations. - An active driver willing to spend approximately 80% of their working hours at customer sites and on the road, with a working knowledge of English to collaborate with our international team. - If you live somewhere between Humpolec and Brno, that would be an ideal starting point. What will be your main responsibilities? - You will be fully responsible for service calls at customer sites in Moravia and Bohemia; occasionally, you will also participate in scheduled service visits in other countries (Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia). - You’ll provide technical advice, analyze the causes of malfunctions, and offer remote support during standard business hours (we don’t work at night or on weekends). - High-quality service also requires timely and thorough reporting of your activities in the CRM system, including managing open service cases and providing billing documentation to colleagues in the office.
