Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Build the connective layer: the systems that let institutions reach external networks from the infrastructure they already run, with correctness and auditability as first-order requirements.

What you'll do

  • Design and build backend services for connectivity and settlement.
  • Integrate with bank core, custody, and ledger systems and the external networks institutions choose.
  • Build reconciliation and audit-trail tooling that holds up to examination.
  • Own reliability and observability for the systems you ship.
  • Work with compliance to keep controls in the transaction path, not bolted to the side.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in backend or distributed systems.
  • A correctness-first mindset from a high-reliability domain (payments, settlement, trading, or similar).
  • Fluency in a modern typed language (Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
  • Strong API and systems-integration experience.
  • Comfort with on-call and production observability.

Nice to have

  • Payments, settlement, or custody systems.
  • Crypto infrastructure.
  • ISO 20022 or Swift.
