Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Calypso Developer with strongexpertisein L2/L3Supportand DevOps methodologies to join our engineering team. In this role, you willbridge the gapbetween development and operations, ensuring the stability,performance, and continuous integration/delivery of our Calypso applications. You willhandle complex technical issues,optimizesystem workflows, and automate deploymentpipelines to support our global financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities-

L2/L3 Support & Application Maintenance

• Provide high-quality L2 and L3 technical support for the Calypso platform,diagnosing and resolving complex production issues, system bottlenecks, anddata discrepancies.
• Analyze application logs, thread dumps, and database queries to troubleshootcauses of failureson time.
• Own and manage critical incidentresponse, ensuring minimal downtime andadherence to strict SLAs.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, clearing houses, and trading desks toresolve functional and technical queries related to Back-Office, Middle-Office,and market data interfaces.
• Implement,maintain, andoptimizeCI/CD pipelines for Calypso deploymentsusing tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or TeamCity.
• Drive infrastructure automation and environment management using Ansible,Terraform, or similar tools.
• Containerize Calypso components where applicable (using Docker/Kubernetes)to streamline environment provisioning.

Preferred Skills-

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid technical experience working with the CalypsoBanking Framework.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills,strong communication skills to interact withglobal stakeholders, and the ability to thrive under pressurein a production support environment.
