Software Architect

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic candidate to join our Software Development team as Software Architect.

Responsibilities Include:

• Architect, design, implement and tune robust features that perform and scale in a SAAS/hosted environment.
• Resolve technical issues in existing applications
• Work with clients or Solution Architects on client engagements or in-house products (Onsite and Offshore).
• Engage in Pre-Sales activity whenever required.
• Actively engage in increasing the portfolio of IncRev Technical Assets.
• Provide Technology Leadership to other employees and mentor them to be future architects.
• Research new technologies and build prototypes with a small team.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to working alone or lead a small team of developers.
• Experience building highly scalable, distributed systems
• Multiple End-to-End Application Development and Deployment Experience using Java/C#/C++/C/Python or any modern programming language
• Experience architecting scalable and secure web services/API’s (preferably RESTful web services)
• Proficient in designing database schemas to match client requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills required
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, or related field or relevant experience from a leading institution

Nice To Have:

• Experience with NoSQL Databases
• Experience with Big Data using one of the Hadoop distribution frameworks
• Exposure to Mobile Application Development (Android/iOS/Windows)

• Design and Develop Web/Desktop/Mobile/Integration applications and services
• Drive projects (either as an individual or as part of a small team) to completion
• Analyze requirements and propose technical design options
• Participate in architectural and design discussions within the team
• Research new technologies and build prototypes and demos using the same

Required Skills/Experience:

• Motivated self-starter with the ability to working alone or lead a small team of developers.
• Experience with designing and developing web based applications and services
• At Least one End-to-End Application Development and Deployment Experience using Java/C#/C++/C/Python or any modern programming language
• Experience writing web services/API’s (preferably RESTful web services)
• Proficient in database design/development (Any standard relational database)
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills required
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, or related field or relevant experience from a leading institution

Nice To Have:
