Description: Arcadia is seeking a Staff Engineer for its Energy Analytics Squad to build web APIs and data pipelines that power electricity cost modeling and battery performance simulations. The role involves translating SME requirements into engineering designs and contributing to DBT pipelines that simulate nationwide electricity costs to support solar and storage ROI analysis.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 6+ years of software development experience at a SaaS or technology company; experience building REST APIs, Python and enterprise Java (Spring, Spring Boot), SQL data pipelines (Snowflake + DBT preferred), AWS deployment, LLM adoption, Python data science ecosystem, and NoSQL databases (Mongo preferred).
