Job Description

Purpose

To oversee a portfolio of clients, foster strong relationships and drive client satisfaction and engagement.

Key Accountability Areas

● Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
● Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
● Promote the company’s offerings to achieve mutual satisfaction and strengthen client trust.
● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
● Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
● Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
● Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
● Prepare reports on account status
● Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
● Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

● Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and
consistent manner.
● Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to
enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

● 1-2 Years of relevant experience
● Advanced skills in MS Office

● Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
